A multi-phase Construction Management project including new classrooms, existing lobby/hallway renovations, office and work rooms, nurses and exam rooms, faculty and conference rooms, locker and weight rooms, and a new state-of-the-art gymnasium. The building's boiler system was also completely overhauled to accommodate the expansion and improve overall efficiency.

The project commenced in the Summer of 2000 and was completed in the Fall of 2003.
